Sports and Team Pictures
Van Gogh sports programs can include individual athlete portraits, team images, traditional poses, attitude poses, and keepsakes.
Quick answer: Sports Picture Day is coordinated with the school, team, or league. The event determines uniforms, equipment, pose style, team-image timing, and ordering options.
What may be photographed
- Individual athlete portraits
- Traditional and attitude-style poses
- Full team photographs
- Coach or staff photographs
- Banners, composites, memory mates, or event-specific designs
- Sports keepsakes and digital products
Prepare for Sports Picture Day
- Wear the complete uniform requested by the coach or school.
- Bring approved equipment and make sure it is labeled.
- Follow team instructions for jerseys, footwear, pads, helmets, balls, sticks, gloves, or other gear.
- Arrive at the assigned team time because team photos require the group to be present together.
Individual and team products
An individual package may not automatically include the team photo. Read the package contents carefully. The team image may be completed later or delivered separately, especially when roster, schedule, or absent-athlete information must be finalized.
Makeups and retakes
Individual makeups depend on the team or school schedule. Recreating a full team image, matching uniforms, or rebuilding the same event setup may not be possible after Picture Day.
Wrong team or athlete information
Report incorrect spelling, jersey number, team name, division, or coach information promptly. Designed products may have production deadlines.
Important: Do not use another athlete’s gallery code. Each athlete or team event should be accessed through the assigned link or Online Code.
