How to Save a Digital Download on iPhone, Android, Windows, or Mac
Device-specific steps for locating, extracting, saving, and backing up Van Gogh digital photo files.
Quick answer: Download the ZIP folder, extract it in the device’s file manager, and then save the extracted image files to Photos, Gallery, Pictures, or another permanent folder.
iPhone or iPad
- Open the delivery email and select the download link.
- Choose Download when prompted.
- Open the Files app and go to Downloads.
- Tap the ZIP folder once to extract it.
- Open the new folder, select the image, and use Share to save it to Photos when desired.
Android phone or tablet
- Open the delivery email and download the ZIP folder.
- Open Files, My Files, or the device’s download manager.
- Locate the ZIP folder and choose Extract or Unzip.
- Open the extracted folder and move or copy the images to Pictures or Gallery when desired.
Windows computer
- Download the ZIP folder to Downloads.
- Right-click the ZIP folder and select Extract All.
- Choose a permanent folder and complete extraction.
- Open the extracted JPG image files and create a backup.
Mac
- Download the ZIP folder.
- Double-click the ZIP folder to extract it.
- Open the extracted folder and the JPG image files.
- Move the images to Pictures, Photos, or another backed-up folder.
Important: Exact button names vary by device version and browser. The key steps are download the ZIP, extract it, then save the image files outside the temporary download location.
