My Digital Download Link Expired or Does Not Work

Van Gogh digital links are time-limited; Customer Support can verify the order and help restore access when eligible.

Quick answer: Digital-download links are available for a limited period, commonly 90 days. Contact Van Gogh with the order number when the link has expired or no longer opens.

Try these steps first

  1. Open the original delivery email rather than a forwarded or copied link.
  2. Try the link in an updated browser.
  3. Try a private or incognito window.
  4. Confirm that the device has enough storage space and a stable connection.
  5. Check whether a download already exists in the device’s Downloads or Files folder.

Why a link may stop working

  • The link reached its expiration date.
  • The order was refunded, canceled, or corrected.
  • The original email or link was altered while being forwarded.
  • A browser or security setting blocked the download.
  • The link has already been used in a way that requires a fresh delivery message.

Requesting a new link

Customer Support will verify the order, student, email, and digital product before resending access. A replacement link is not a substitute for permanent backup storage, so download and save the restored files promptly.

Important: Do not post or share the expired link publicly. Digital links and purchased student images are intended for the ordering family.
