I Received Another Student’s Photos in My Order

Keep the images private, do not share them, and notify Van Gogh immediately so both orders can be corrected.

Quick answer: Do not post, share, copy, or distribute the images. Keep them private and contact Van Gogh immediately with your order details.

Protect the other student

  • Do not post the portrait or name on social media.
  • Do not forward a digital file or gallery link.
  • Do not send the photograph through a public school group or community page.
  • Keep physical prints inside the original packaging.
  • Keep digital files in a private location until Van Gogh provides instructions.

Document the order

Photograph the package label, packing slip, and product without publicly sharing the image. Provide your own student and order details, plus the name shown on the incorrect product when visible.

What Van Gogh will do

Customer Support will review the order, student match, packing, and delivery. Van Gogh can arrange the correct replacement and provide instructions for handling the incorrect images.

Important: Do not personally contact or identify the other family. Van Gogh and the school will handle any necessary correction through the appropriate private channels.
