Van Gogh verifies student gallery requests using the student’s first name, last name, school, and grade. A direct link or Gallery Access Code is provided only after one active eligible record matches through the protected lookup.
The verified link or code may be provided in the customer support chat. It is not placed in automated Ticket summaries, confirmation emails, workflow alerts, or reports.
