I See the Wrong Student or the Wrong Photos
Stop before ordering and reopen the correct private student gallery.
Quick answer: Do not order from the gallery. Close all gallery tabs, reopen the original link or code in a private browser window, and verify the student before checkout.
Reopen the correct gallery
- Close every Van Gogh gallery tab on the device.
- Open a private or incognito browser window.
- Return to the original email, text, flyer, or code assigned to your student.
- Enter the student’s Online Code again.
- Confirm the student’s name, school, and photo event before adding anything to the cart.
Why this can happen
- A shared phone, tablet, or computer retained a previously viewed gallery.
- A gallery link was forwarded by another family and remained connected to that student.
- The wrong code was entered.
- The student or image was matched incorrectly and needs Van Gogh review.
Important: Do not download, screenshot, post, forward, or order another student’s images. Student portraits are private. Contact Van Gogh promptly so the gallery can be reviewed.
If only one image or pose is wrong
Confirm that the student name and event are otherwise correct. If one pose belongs to another student or appears under the wrong name, stop before ordering and send Customer Support a screenshot of the gallery page. Avoid including another student’s image in a public social-media post.

- Your student’s full name
- School name and city
- Grade and teacher or homeroom
- Online Code
- Name displayed in the gallery, if different
- Screenshot of the page or incorrect image
- Whether the link was opened on a shared device or forwarded to you
For your security, never send a full card number, security code, banking password, or account password.
