# Why Products and Prices Can Differ by School or Photo Event
## School agreements, program types, delivery methods, image options, and event promotions can produce different galleries.
**Quick answer:** Use the products and prices displayed in the current student’s gallery. Van Gogh programs are tailored to the school and event, so another school or another Picture Day may show different choices.
## What can vary
- Prepay ordering versus ordering after viewing photos
- Print packages and included sizes
- Digital-download options and number of poses
- Build Your Own choices
- Class, composite, team, or graduation products
- Background selection
- Home shipping, school delivery, handling, and tax
- Discounts, deadlines, and free-shipping offers
- Specialty products and image services
## Why the galleries are different
Van Gogh works with each school to create a program that fits the event, grade levels, delivery workflow, fundraising goals, and family needs. Fall, Spring, Graduation, Sports, class photos, and yearbooks are also different products with different production requirements.
## Use the current gallery as the final offer
A screenshot, old flyer, previous-year price sheet, sibling’s event, or another school’s gallery does not replace the current product description. Review the exact contents and total before checkout.
> **Important:** A code from another student or event will not transfer that gallery’s packages or pricing to the current student. Customer Support can correct a display error, but it cannot apply an unrelated school’s offer.
