Understanding Packages, Build Your Own, Digital, and À La Carte
Compare Van Gogh product categories so you can choose the ordering path that fits your family.
Quick answer: Every gallery is organized into product categories. Read the package contents carefully because prints, digitals, class products, and specialty items are included only when specifically listed.
Prebuilt print packages
Prebuilt packages combine popular print sizes in a ready-made bundle. Depending on the event, these may be labeled with names such as Classic Prints, Family Prints, Essential, Plus, Pro, or Max. The exact contents are shown on the product card and selection screen.
Print-and-digital packages
These combine physical prints with one or more digital downloads. A phone or digital-download symbol normally represents the digital component. Confirm the number of digital files and whether the package uses one pose or multiple poses.
Build Your Own packages
Build Your Own packages let you choose from eligible print sheets and, in some packages, digital files. Complete the exact number of choices required. A Pick 3, Pick 4, or Pick 5 package means the package needs that number of eligible selections before it can be added to the cart.
Digital-only products
Digital products deliver electronic image files. A digital purchase does not include prints unless the product description specifically says that prints are included.
À la carte prints
À la carte ordering lets you purchase an individual print sheet, such as an 8×10, two 5×7 prints, smaller gift prints, or wallet prints. The product description tells you how many physical prints are included on that sheet.
Class, team, and specialty products
Class photos, composites, team photos, magnets, mugs, ornaments, keychains, and other keepsakes may appear in separate categories. These items may be produced or delivered separately from standard portrait prints.
Important: A package applies to the student shown in that product. You cannot use one package to combine images from different students unless the gallery specifically offers a multi-subject product.
