How to Track a Home-Shipped Order
Use the tracking message sent to the checkout email and allow the carrier system time to register a newly created shipment.
Quick answer: Check the checkout email for a shipping or tracking message. School-delivery orders generally do not have individual family tracking.
Find the tracking message
- Search the inbox for Van Gogh, shipping, tracking, or the order number.
- Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Open the carrier link and review the latest scan.
- Confirm that the destination city and ZIP code match the order confirmation.
A label exists but movement is not shown
A tracking number may be created before the carrier records its first physical scan. Check again after the carrier has had time to accept and process the package. Contact Van Gogh if the status remains unchanged beyond the expected delivery window.
No tracking email
- The order may be school delivery rather than home shipping.
- The shipment may not have been released yet.
- The checkout email may be incorrect.
- The message may be filtered to spam or promotions.
- A specialty item may have a separate tracking message.
Carrier says delivered
Check the delivery location, household members, porch, mail area, building office, and nearby neighbors before reporting the package missing. Then contact Van Gogh with the tracking number and delivery address.
Important: Do not post a tracking number or home address publicly. Use the private Van Gogh support form.
