School Delivery vs. Home Shipping
Understand how delivery works and why post-Picture-Day Prepay orders include a shipping charge.
School delivery
Orders included in a school delivery are grouped and sent to the school for distribution. Individual carrier tracking may not be available. Class photos, composites, and later products may arrive separately.
Home shipping
Home-shipped orders go to the address entered at checkout. The shipping charge and applicable tax are shown before payment. Tracking may be sent when the carrier shipment is created.
Prepay schools
The school prepay code is used before Picture Day during the approved two-week window.
After Picture Day:
- Families order from the student’s private gallery.
- The private student Online Code is used instead of the school code.
- A shipping charge applies to the order.
Proof schools
Proof families order after viewing the student’s photographs. The gallery or physical proof shows the delivery and shipping options available for that event.
Review the final cart before payment. Different students or events can have different delivery methods.
