Ordering from a Phone, Tablet, or Computer
Use an updated browser, stable connection, and private window to solve most gallery and shopping-cart display issues.
Quick answer: The gallery works on modern phones, tablets, and computers. Update the browser, close extra gallery tabs, and use a private window when the page shows old or incorrect information.
Recommended setup
- Use a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox.
- Use a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
- Allow cookies and JavaScript for the gallery.
- Temporarily disable a content blocker, strict privacy extension, or pop-up blocker when it prevents a required page from opening.
- Use a personal device when a school or workplace device blocks shopping or payment pages.
For phones and tablets
- Rotate the device when a crop or product preview is difficult to see.
- Scroll through the full product; required selections may be below the visible area.
- Use the browser itself rather than an email app’s small built-in preview window.
- Do not switch repeatedly between several gallery tabs for different children.
For computers
- Set browser zoom near the normal level so selection buttons are not hidden.
- Close old gallery tabs and use one student at a time.
- Try a private or incognito window when the wrong student or deleted item returns.
Before changing devices
Take screenshots or note the package and selections. A cart may not transfer exactly between different browser sessions, so review every item again before payment.
Important: Never enter payment information on a public computer or unsecured network. Always close the gallery and browser session when finished on a shared device.
