How to Order Additional Copies or Reorder Photos

Use the active gallery, previous order number, or Customer Support to order more photos after the first purchase.

Quick answer: Open the active student gallery and place a new order. If the gallery is closed, contact Van Gogh with the previous order number or event details.

When the gallery is still active

  1. Open the student’s gallery using the original link or Online Code.
  2. Choose the additional prints, digitals, or products.
  3. Review current pricing, delivery, and promotions.
  4. Complete a new checkout and save the new order number.

When the gallery has expired

Contact Customer Support. Van Gogh may be able to reopen the gallery, locate the image through a previous order, or create a direct-to-home reorder. Availability depends on the age of the event, image retention, product availability, and production setup.

What may be different

  • The original school-delivery window may be closed.
  • Home shipping or handling may apply.
  • Original discounts or free-shipping offers may have expired.
  • Products, packages, backgrounds, and prices may have changed.
  • Class, composite, team, and specialty products may have limited reorder availability.

Reordering the exact original selection

Provide the previous order number and identify the product you want duplicated. Customer Support can verify the image, background, crop, and quantity before advising whether the same product is still available.

Important: Do not mail a legacy paper form or cash payment unless Van Gogh specifically provides current instructions for that order.
