# My Online Code Is Missing or Not Working
## Have the parent email and four student verification details ready.
Provide the parent or guardian email, student first name, student last name, school, and grade.
A missing automated result does not automatically mean the gallery is unavailable or not released. Customer Service may need to verify the record and will use the information already supplied in the chat.
