The Gallery Says Unavailable or My Photos Are Not Ready
Prepay galleries may need 1-3 business days after Picture Day.
After a Prepay Picture Day, school ordering closes at midnight and the student's private gallery begins processing.
Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Saturdays and Sundays do not count, and busy periods or holidays can take longer.
If the gallery opens but photos, poses, or background choices look incomplete, do not order yet. Wait for the gallery-live notification or return later.
