My Gallery Has Expired or the Ordering Deadline Passed
Request help after an online gallery closes and understand what may change on a late order.
Quick answer: Contact Van Gogh with the student and event details. A closed gallery may sometimes be reopened or handled as a reorder, but availability is not guaranteed.
What an expired gallery means
The event’s online ordering window has ended. The gallery may no longer accept new orders, promotions may have ended, and school-delivery production may already be underway or completed.
What may be available
- Temporary gallery reactivation when the images and event are still available.
- A new direct-to-home order using the student’s existing images.
- A reorder based on a previous order number.
- Customer Service assistance locating a legacy event or older student code.
What may change on a late order
- School delivery may no longer be available.
- Home-shipping or handling charges may apply.
- Expired discounts, free-shipping offers, or package promotions may not be restored.
- Some specialty products, class products, or event-specific items may no longer be available.
- Prices and product choices may differ from the original event.
Important: Do not mail an old order form or payment unless Van Gogh Customer Support specifically instructs you to do so. Current late orders are normally handled through the online gallery or directly with Customer Support.
