# I Did Not Receive My Gallery Email or Text Message
## The original notification is not required to ask for help.
Provide a parent or guardian email and the student's first name, last name, school, and grade.
For Prepay schools, the gallery notification is normally sent after images are processed and the private gallery is live. This is typically 1-3 business days after Picture Day, with Saturdays and Sundays excluded.
