I Did Not Receive My Digital Download Email
Search every email folder, confirm the checkout address, and allow image services to finish before requesting a resend.
Quick answer: Check spam, junk, and promotions, then confirm the email entered at checkout. Do not repurchase the digital file; Van Gogh can verify and resend a completed order.
Search for the message
- Search the inbox for Van Gogh, digital download, school pictures, or the order number.
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and blocked-sender folders.
- Check another email address that may have been used at checkout.
- Confirm that the mailbox has available storage and can receive new messages.
The customer-service email shown on Van Gogh order receipts is info@vangoghphoto.com. The automated digital-delivery email may use a different sender name or subject line, so search for the Order Number and “digital download” too.
Confirm that the order completed
A digital-delivery message is sent only for a completed order. Look for an order number and checkout confirmation. A pending bank authorization without an order number may represent an incomplete checkout.
Allow time for image services
Retouching, brace removal, or another image service can hold the digital file until the work is complete. The order confirmation may arrive before the final download message.
Wrong email at checkout
Contact Van Gogh with the order number, incorrect email, and correct email. Customer Support can locate the order and resend the link after verification.
Important: Do not submit a second paid order because the email is missing. A resend is the correct solution when the original order was completed.
