What Happens After a Prepay Picture Day?

School Prepay closes at midnight; private galleries usually follow in 1-3 business days.

School Prepay ordering closes at 11:59 PM local time on Picture Day.

After the cutoff, Van Gogh processes the images and builds the private Online Gallery. Galleries are typically ready within 1-3 business days. Saturdays and Sundays do not count, and busy periods or holidays can take longer.

If the assistant finds the individual Online Code during processing, it may provide the code. Wait for the gallery-live notification before ordering. If photos, poses, or background choices appear incomplete, do not order yet.
